What's New: 
We have added a human agent tag that automatically extends the reply window to 7 days (168 hours) for Messenger and Instagram conversations. 💬
This means when a contact sends you a message through Messenger or Instagram, the conversation window will be set to 7 days without you needing to do anything.
You now have more time to respond, continue the conversation, or follow up when needed. ⏳
