We have improved the Relationship module to make it easier to understand and simpler to use when grouping your contacts by customer persona. 😊
The layout is now clearer so you can quickly see how your contacts are classified and how each persona is performing. This update helps you understand your customers better and take action with more confidence.
There are 3 main parts in the Relationship module:
a) Overview 👀:
This section shows your contacts grouped by customer persona, so you can easily see how many contacts fall into each group at a glance.
b) Metric 📊:
This is where you set the rules for recency, frequency and monetary for each persona.
It allows you to control how contacts are categorised based on their activity and value.
c) Snapshot 🗓️:
This section shows a summary of the current month or past months.
You can also compare the previous month with the current month to see changes over time.
This enhancement helps you track customer behaviour more clearly and manage your customer more effectively. 💡
