What is the Conversion Module:
This module helps you measure where your leads come from, how many contacts opt in, and how well those leads convert into product sales. It gives you clear insights into which campaigns are performing best.

When you open Contact Conversion, you’ll see four columns:
Conversion Identity
represents a lead source, such as a specific campaign or advertisement.
Source ID
represents the ID of the conversion.
Opted Leads
are the contacts opted into the conversion.
Conversion Rate
is calculated based on product conversion rates and purchase counts.

You can click the eye icon to view more details for each conversion identity. 👀
Inside, you will see three sections that give you deeper insights.
Conversion Details:
This shows a chart of opted in contacts over time and a list of those contacts.
Product Conversion:
This shows which products were purchased by the opted in contacts. Product conversion rate is calculated by dividing the number of buyers by the total opted-in contacts. The overall conversion rate is calculated from product conversion rates and purchase counts.
Contact Details:
This shows the contact information and number of touchpoint. You can customize visible fields using the Columns option.
