Email Soft Bounce Tracking in Broadcast 📧

You can now view contacts that fall under soft bounce in your Email Broadcast stats. 😊

A soft bounce means the email could not be delivered for a short time, such as when the inbox is full or the connection times out. These emails are not permanently failed and can still be sent again later.

When a contact is under soft bounce, emails will not be sent to them during a cooldown period. ⏳

Cooldown periods:

• 1st bounce: 1 day

• 2nd bounce: 4 days

• 3rd bounce: Converts to hard bounce

This means that after the cooldown period ends, you can try sending emails to these contacts again. 🚀
